We are so thrilled you will be joining us in Little Rock for our upcoming Domestic Showcase!
Here are a few details to help you prepare.

Marketplace Details
All events are business casual and comfortable shoes are recommended.
Complimentary internet access is available.
Your 10 X 10 booth includes a draped table, chairs, waste bin, and signage. If you would like to order electrical service from the Statehouse Convention Center, please see Exhibitor Guidelines & Forms. There will be plenty of charging stations available, so this is optional.
Marketplace is an appointment-style event. We do not allow booth decorations, banners, backdrops, table drapes, or giveaway items. Your state's designated Domestic Showcase contact is coordinating floral and/or table drape arrangements for your state's booths. Please be sure you have confirmed your arrangements with them.
You are encouraged to bring profile sheets and plenty of business cards to use during your appointments. A presentation binder or laptop/tablet with sample itineraries, brochures, photography, and more details about your destination is also a great tool to use during your appointments.

Your Domestic Showcase Portal
You will find a link to “My Domestic Showcase Portal” in your registration confirmation email. Use the portal to update and edit contact details and profile, make City tour reservations, detail all travel arrangements, and most importantly, manage appointment requests.
On-Site Registration & Check-In
The Showcase registration desk will be open Wednesday, March 20th from 9:00am – 5:00pm*.
Little Rock City Tours are scheduled for Wednesday, March 20th from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm*.
Evening Reception and Dinner begins at 6:00 pm*.
Thursday, March 21st, the on-site registration desk will open from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm*.
Breakfast begins at 7:30 am*; and Marketplace Appointments begin at 9:30 am*.

Southeast Tourism Society will provide complimentary airport transportation to and from the Clinton National Airport (Airport Code LIT) to all Domestic Showcase delegates.

Wednesday, March 20, 2024 - 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday, March 24, 2024 - 5:00 am – 12:00 pm
Delegates are responsible for entering arrival and departure information through your "My Domestic Showcase" Portal. The deadline for submitting travel arrangements is Tuesday, February 27, 2024.
Hotel Parking
Domestic Showcase 2024 Parking Fees:
DoubleTree Little Rock – Self Parking - $15.00 per night; (max vehicle height 6 feet, 8 inches).
Marriott Little Rock valet - $30.00 per night + tax.
Self-parking is also available 2 blocks away from the Marriott at the Second & Main Parking Garage - $12.00 per night.

The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau will be hosting three (3) City Tours on Wednesday, March 20th from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
