Travel Media Marketplace connects travel editors, writers and creators with story ideas and
experiences to generate awareness of and travel to destinations.
Location/Lodging
Travel Media Marketplace will be held at Hilton Atlanta Northeast – Peachtree Corners, GA.
Event Registration
If you’re attending the Sales, Marketing & PR Forum + Travel Media Marketplace, registration will be on:
Monday, March 17 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Tuesday, March 18 from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.
Your badge will be for both events.
If you’re only attending Travel Media Marketplace and arriving just before the event,
registration will be on Wednesday, March 19 from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.

Tuesday, March 11 – WEBINAR Travel Media Meetup: How to Make the Most of Your Appointment Schedule (Registration required; will be recorded)

Appointment Matching
Travel Media Marketplace is an appointment-based event featuring 10-minute meetings, with a two-minute transition period between each.
A more detailed appointment schedule will be available soon.
Media Marketplace Exhibits
All events are business casual.
Complimentary internet access is available.
Your booth will include a draped 6’ table, chairs, and signage.
Please bring your devices charged.
You are encouraged to bring profile sheets and plenty of business cards to use during your appointments. A presentation binder or laptop/tablet with sample itineraries, brochures, photography, and more details about your destination is also a great tool to use during your appointments.
You are allowed to bring giveaway items and tabletop décor. Floor banners and back-drops are STRONGLY PROHIBITED.
